I want to create a solid with the properties of aluminium, so 100% reflective of heat-radiation. Intermediate values are also appreciated, but I presume more difficult to implement. Or is this already possible?

The solar radiation part is not a good implementation, though you can set a 100% reflective object. This is not a problem. And you are right, partial reflection, absorption, and transmission is not supported yet.

Sorry, I didnt make myself clear. I want to simulate insulation with underfloor heating. So, from top to bottom the floor contains a layer of Tiles, Cement, Underfloor heating, Cement, Concrete – with a total thickness of appr 25cm. I want to see what 100% reflective insulation does. EPS and others I can simulate, but I also would like to simulate a (or multiple) strip of alu foil.
